MTG SYSTEMS PROMET

We present our new range of ProMet II bucket shrouds for excavators and mining loaders. A series of new products with an improved and optimized design that provides greater bucket protection and ensures better performance with large machines. The new ProMet II range uses the MTGtwist hammerless locking system that allows for perfect locking for the most aggressive applications with the utmost safety.

The new design has been specifically optimized in line with its use with loaders and excavators, resulting in an increase in the ratio of wear material in our pieces by over 40%. This means that the new Promet II range provides 30% more wear material compared to the equivalent* model of our competitors.

The locking system of the Promet II range only requires one weldable base to be installed for each blade shroud.
Furthermore, and to make installation of the base even easier, the new references come with positioning guides that enable precise and quick assembly, reducing the machine's downtime

The side protectors are reversible, meaning that their position can be interchanged when required, thus extending the life of the protector.
