Consistent with our ethical code and values, in response to the impact caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) at a global level, we have implemented a set of measures considering the application of regulations issued at international, national and regional level, to guarantee:
- The protection of our employees, customers and suppliers.
- Regular operations in all our facilities.
To that end, the measures starting today are:
- Cancellation of visits to our factory in Monzón, Headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) and Commercial Office in Houston (USA), until further notice. During this period, we appreciate your understanding to postpone any planned visit to our facilities.
- Cancellation of our team’s international trips, excluding very exceptional cases, until normality is restored. During this time, we appreciate your flexibility to handle phone calls or video calls in lieu of face-to-face meetings.
From MTG we are monitoring the situation extensively to adapt the measures, according to the evolution of events, with the aim of maintaining regularity in our operations.
Despite these measures, MTG operates as normal, our production remains unchanged and all orders are being serviced on a regular basis by our Customer Service team, according to pre-established deadlines. Our central warehouse and regional warehouses continue to provide regular service and our usual carriers guarantee both global and domestic service to the extent that governments and regulations allow.
